Shipping Information

We choose to use USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate shipping because it is the cheapest option for our customers, ($10.00). For out of town orders, we have begun deep freezing all items for 24 hours and then using special packaging to try to help protect your order from melting during transit time in the extreme heat of the summer. If needed, we recommend you refrigerate your soaps for at least 1 hour. For the creams and lotions, we recommend you shake the container well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

For local customers we now offer a low cost ($5.00) delivery option within a 10-mile radius of Southside, AL to a safe public place by appointment only. This covers the Southside, Rainbow City, Attalla, Gadsden, Glencoe, & Hokes Bluff areas. We are offering this because in the extreme heat of the summer we have had some issues with our products melting during transit. Customers now have the option to select which delivery method you prefer when checking out. If you select the local delivery option, please email us to schedule a place and time for pick-up.
